Printing & Branding Policy

At OsmlyQR.com, we are the original manufacturer and the registered owner of our brand. We are committed to delivering genuine, high-quality products while maintaining consistent manufacturing standards.

Please read our Printing Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Brand Printing

All products are manufactured with our registered brand name and/or logo.

Our branding is an integral part of the manufacturing process and serves as a mark of authenticity, quality assurance, and product identification.

Our registered brand name/logo cannot be removed, replaced, or omitted from any product.

2. Custom Printing

We print the customer's requested text, logo, artwork, or design only in the designated customization area of the product.

Custom printing is performed according to the artwork or information approved by the customer before production.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all names, text, logos, spellings, colors, and artwork are correct before giving final approval.

3. Design Approval

A digital design proof or mock-up may be provided for approval before production.

Production will begin only after the customer approves the design.

Once the design has been approved, changes may not be possible, and any additional costs resulting from requested changes will be the customer's responsibility.

4. Printing Variations

Minor variations in print position, color, size, alignment, or finish may occur due to different materials, manufacturing methods, and production tolerances.

Such minor variations are considered normal and do not qualify as manufacturing defects.

5. Customer-Provided Artwork

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, images, or artwork they provide.

We are not responsible for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property claims arising from customer-supplied artwork.

6. Brand Removal Requests

We do not manufacture or supply products without our registered brand name/logo.

Requests to remove, replace, hide, or alter our branding cannot be accepted.

If a customer chooses to cancel an order because they do not want our branding after the design has been prepared or processing has begun, the cancellation will be handled in accordance with our Order Cancellation Policy, including any applicable cancellation charges.

7. Product Images

Product images shown on our website are for illustration purposes only.

Actual print placement, color, and product appearance may vary slightly depending on the product material, size, and production process.

8. Customer Acceptance

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree that:

You have reviewed and accepted this Printing Policy.

You understand that all products will include our registered brand name and/or logo.

You accept the approved design before production begins.

You agree that printing cannot be modified once production has started.

Some important point which you need to know : 

Print Quality Depend on Photo Quality, we suggest you please send best and High Resolution Media or Photo.

If you provide low quality or Low Pixel photo, there you may face color variation in digital photo or final printout photo

There may be Color Variation in Final Printing Output Design or Digital Design.

Do not use any Screenshot / WhatsApp image / Facebook image / Screenshot or any low quality image.

During placing photo in any special shape like, heart, round or any font, may be cropped or zoomed or blurred as per requirement of design,

Osmly Personally suggest you to share your photo by email for best quality.

Osmly do not inform you about photo quality or about any low resolution, Will process your order with provided details.

Your provided details and media will be considered as final and confirmed.

After sharing the design, if you canceled the order, then you will be deducted from your order value, and then you will be refunded.

Size of any Frame or any photo may be small in WIDTH or HEIGHT, that is depend on the photo size or quality of the photo after print or laser cutting output

 

Customization & Designing Service/Charges:

We do provide free customization only for the Design and layout which are listed on website. in which Photo/Text/Name/Logo will be replaced and designed free of cost. 

If you get the designs listed on the website, or get more customizing, or change the full design, then you have to pay extra charge for that.

Extra charges depends on the change, and design you have made. Therefore, before ordering, you can ask by contacting our support number about this.
